I can't believe these little pups are already 3 weeks old. They are starting to explore their surroundings, be more active, and more vocal. They are still wobbly on their feet but getting stronger day by day.
We have started introducing clipper sounds and vibrations to get them ready for a lifetime of grooming. They all did fantastic while running the clippers up and down their bodies and around their face. We are hoping to clip the face and sanitary area around 4-4.5 weeks of age.
We started to move puppies from the whelping box to a separate area to introduce them to new surroundings. This is only for a short brief time, and usually, while we are cleaning their whelping box. We have also been removing them one by one and spending time with them individually, which helps boost their confidence while away from littermates.
